Innovative Fountain Designs

The Fountains Collection is a series of interactive water features that transform everyday urban spaces into sensory experiences. Each design explores water as both a functional element and a medium of play, light, and culture.

From the Laser Fountain, where light travels through water streams to create glowing arcs, to the Bamboo Fountain, inspired by the elegance and resilience of nature, and the Water Maze, an immersive labyrinth of falling water walls — these projects reflect a philosophy of innovation, sustainability, and engagement.

Designed for parks, plazas, museums, and public squares, the fountains demonstrate how design, science, and imagination can come together to inspire joy, learning, and connection.

Laser Fountain

A creative fusion of water and light, this design was developed as an urban beautification element. The fountain transforms flowing jets of water into glowing arcs using laser optics and the principle of total internal reflection. Visitors can interact by cupping their hands under the stream, holding a handful of glowing liquid light. Designed for public spaces, amusement parks, museums, and hotels, the Laser Fountain demonstrates how science and design can create urban experiences that are playful, educational, and magical.

Laser Fountain – How It Works

This fountain uses the physics of light refraction and reflection. Laser beams are directed through arched streams of water, which act as natural optical fibers. As the light bends inside the flowing jets, glowing lines appear in midair.

  • Daytime effect: Elegant arcs of water create sculptural patterns.

  • Nighttime effect: Colored laser beams travel through the water, creating luminous, glowing streams.

  • User interaction: People can place their hands under the jets, scattering the laser light and creating playful, sparkling effects in their palms.

Bamboo Fountain

Inspired by the rhythm and elegance of bamboo shoots, this fountain is a modular, nature-inspired design for public spaces. Water is released through leaf-shaped nozzles, creating gentle arcs during the day and illuminated streams at night. Its modular system allows flexibility in scale, arrangement, and customization for different environments. By blending cultural symbolism, sustainability, and interactive play, the Bamboo Fountain creates a refreshing centerpiece for parks, plazas, and urban landscapes.

Bamboo Fountain – How It Works

  • Water Circulation

    – A hidden pump system continuously circulates water from the basin back into the vertical bamboo-like columns.

  • Leaf-Shaped Nozzles

    – At the top of each column, specially designed nozzles shaped like bamboo leaves release water in smooth arcs, evoking the flow of rainwater on real bamboo.

  • Daytime Experience

    – During the day, the fountain creates cooling arcs of water that encourage relaxation, interaction, and gathering in public spaces.

  • Nighttime Transformation

    – Integrated LED lights illuminate the streams, turning the arcs into glowing ribbons of color. This dual character makes the fountain both a functional water feature and a striking night attraction.

  • Modular Flexibility

    – The fountain is modular: its prefabricated bamboo units can be scaled, rearranged, or combined into clusters. This allows it to adapt to different urban spaces, parks, plazas, or cultural installations.

Water Maze Fountain

An immersive and modular installation, the Water Maze transforms falling sheets of water into living walls that form a dynamic labyrinth. Prefabricated parts make it quick to install and adaptable in size, while its form can be reconfigured to meet client needs. Visitors are invited to walk through, play, and explore shifting corridors of sound, mist, and light. As both a playground and an urban attraction, the Water Maze reflects a philosophy of adaptability, curiosity, and interactive design.

Water Maze Fountain – How It Works

  • Water Recirculation
    – A pump system circulates water from a hidden reservoir up into slim overhead pipes or frames.

  • Nozzle System
    – Specially designed nozzles release thin, even sheets of water that fall vertically, creating the illusion of transparent walls.

  • Maze Formation
    – By arranging the nozzles in different patterns, the sheets form corridors and partitions, shaping a maze-like layout that people can walk through.

  • User Interaction
    – Visitors engage directly with the fountain by moving through the falling walls of water. They experience the cool mist, sound, and reflections, making the maze both playful and refreshing.

  • Modular Adaptability
    – The prefabricated modules can be scaled or reconfigured to create larger or smaller mazes, depending on the site and the needs of the client.

Key Features

  • Quick installation due to prefabricated modular parts.

  • Customizable size and layout for different environments.

  • Dynamic sensory experience — constantly changing with light, weather, and movement.
